Amanda Boyce is an Australian corporate communication specialist who has lived in North India since 2019, treating communication as a business performance issue rather than a language problem. With over fifteen years of customer service and communication experience in Australia and more than five years specialising in voice, accent and corporate communication training, she has delivered over 9,000 training hours to more than 1,500 professionals across banking, healthcare, consulting and BPO.

Her work bridges Australian and Indian business cultures from the inside. Seven years of living in Chandigarh and learning Hindi herself has given her a genuinely lived understanding of how communication shifts across cultures, insight she brings directly into the corporate training room. She has delivered multiple half-day Australian Culture and Communication Workshops for National Australia Bank’s Gurugram Innovation Centre, with strong participant feedback and several team members reaching out to her directly after the session. She is currently delivering a twelve-week Voice and Accent Training program for Loch Corporate Services, working with their client executive team, who support a large Australian firm.

Beyond corporate workshops, Amanda’s one-to-one coaching practice has worked with engineers, healthcare clinicians, researchers, accountants, cybersecurity professionals and business development managers across Australia, each completing a structured twelve-week program with documented before-and-after results in clarity, confidence and workplace communication.
