20 years on… I held onto to my dream.
Year 2004 – I was nominated by Govt. of India towards #Commonwealth Scholarship for a #PhD in #Psychology and despite securing admissions in #Cambridge #University, couldn’t pursue it then.
Year 2024 – I’ve been awarded #Doctorate of Philosophy in #Management by Amity Business School – my research continues to be around #Women & #Leadership
As I #celebrate this major milestone, I commit to curate possibilities for women of today in their journey to becoming leaders of tomorrow.
This momentous #achievement marks the realization of a #dream that has been two decades in the making. This would not have been possible without the unwavering support of my loving family, dearest #friends, #mentors, past & current #colleagues.
